The web-based VistA-Edge Lab Module is accredited by Quest Diagnostics, LabCorp and other labs and allows Bi-directional interface between your Facility and Reference Labs.
The Lab system allows entering routine (POC) lab results and also provides an interface which accepts Lab orders, accessions the lab orders to the respective laboratory and then automatically returns the results from the reference lab to the EMR (VistA-Edge EMR or any other) using HL7 messages.
